Spa is super proffissionality , the staff are more than excellen , i tried spa jet & my wife tried their hot stone , they were amazing I will write also about the bar & resturant staff especially Martin , he was kind helpful smart , the menue is rich &delicious , eveything is perfectI met the manager Ida , i think she is the one who make this story of succeed Shine hotel Ida , i susspect many branches will carry your name in the future

A very pleasant place with extremely friendly staff. I´ve spent there two nights and I would definitely choose this place again. I´ve slept in a single room, and despite my expectations (based on previous experiences), it was large and cosy, with very comfy twin bed. The location is great, just a minute from the main street, but also still. I´ve not tried the restaurant because of trips we made through both days, but according to number of eating guests I suppose it might be very good.

The family-run hotel with friendly atmosphere. Nice rooms, good service and great restaurants in the absolute center. You could say that the best of Frantiskovy lazne. Very average rises above other restaurants and many other hotels! The highlight was an excellent massage at a local spa.
